Dashboard

The Dashboard is where you can oversee high-level information of invalid traffic, advertising cost, ad and app engagement, source of traffic, location of traffic, and types of device.

Overview

Use the Dashboard to find high-level information about your traffic, advertising cost, engagement, source geography and device. You can also drill down to different dimensions to see the information that suits your purposes.

To access the Dashboard, go to Analytics > Dashboard

 

Navigating around Dashboard

1. Filters

Filters give the ability to drill down and reveal additional levels of detail of your data. It is a great way to gain a deep understanding of high-level information. You can filter on multiple values for all filtering options which are:

  • Property
  • Campaign
  • Partner
  • Sub-partner
  • Site ID
  • Country
  • Transaction status reason
 

Applied filters remain persistent across all dashboards and help you navigate easily through your activity.

 

2. Time Zones and Date Time Ranges

By default, the timezone is set to UTC and the range is set to the last 7 days. You can choose your preferred time zone and whether you want to view the data of today, the last 7 days or the last 30 days.

3. Invalid Traffic

Invalid Traffic section displays the overview of your invalid traffic of impressions, clicks and installs along with a percentage change.

4. Advertising cost

Estimated Saving is an estimated amount of advertising budget that has been protected from fraudulent transactions. For example, you would have spent more than $4000 for your monthly advertising budget if TrafficGuard had not been activated.

Billable Spend is the chargeable amount of occurred transactions which you will be charged by your publishers.

5. Plotting Areas

The stacked bar chart displays your overview transaction over a period of time. The legend consists of three transaction status including Invalid, Filtered and Success for which you can select to data visualisation. Furthermore, when the filters and timezone are selected, the plotting area is updated to reflect the chosen data. If no data is present, then the plotting area will show a flat chart.

6. Ad Engagement

Ad engagement takes place when a person interacts with your ad through ad viewing or clicking. This section displays the total number of impressions and clicks on an ad within a given time period.

7. App Engagement

App engagement is when a person interacts with your app such as download, add to cart, purchase and so on. This section displays the total number of installs and post-install event within a given time period.

8. Source

Source section lists your top five partners and their total number of clicks and installs as well as the percentage of invalid clicks and installs. For the more granular report, check out All Traffic Report.

9. Daily Engagement

Daily engagement depicts the level of engagement from clicks, impressions, installs and in-app events by the hour and day of the week. The darker colour represents high engagement; whereas, the lighter shade indicates lower engagement. You can use this chart to understand what day and time fraudulent activities commonly appear. Filter options, including Invalid, Filtered and Success, are also available.

10. Location

Geographic segmentation helps you see where the majority of your traffic is, whether it's All traffic, Invalid, Filtered or Success. This section shows you a descriptive map and displays the top five countries you received traffic from.

11. Devices

You can use Devices section to identify what sort of device contributed to the engagement and transaction type including Invalid, Filtered and Success.
