Introduction

Work in a big team? It is super easy to add extra users and you can add as many as you need so that everyone can manage apps and partners and access useful insights on traffic quality.

If you are an Agency, with multiple clients, you may want to invite either

  • Organisation Users to give a client access to their dedicated reporting

  • Agency Users to give a colleague access to all reporting of all clients

Adding an Organisation User

For brands and networks with one organisation, this is where you can add your colleagues. For agencies with multiple Organisations set up in TrafficGuard, you can invite Organisation Users to ensure that those users can only access reporting for that specific organisation.

  1. If you are an Agency user select the organisation to which you want to add the user

  2. Go to Access from the side navigation

  4. Enter an email address for the user you wish to invite, then click Send Invitation. We will send them an invitation to join the Organisation team.

  5. The invited user should click the registration link in their Invitation email and follow the brief registrations instructions to get access.
