We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to cancel your TrafficGuard subscription, you can do so directly from your TrafficGuard dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your account will be disabled.

How to cancel?

  1. Log in to your TrafficGuard account and navigate to the Billing page.

  2. Click the Cancel subscription button.

  3. Provide feedback: Before the cancellation is finalized, you will be asked to select a reason for leaving.

  4. Confirm: Once a reason is selected, the Confirm button will become active. Click it to finalize your request.

What happens next?

  • Access: Your account remains fully active until the end of your paid period. At that point, your account status will change to Disabled, and any linked Google Ads accounts will be disconnected.

  • Billing status: Once confirmed, your Billing page will display a "Cancellation scheduled" status.

  • Plan changes: You will not be able to change your plan while a cancellation is pending. If you wish to switch plans, you must first click Resume subscription.

  • Email confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after completing these steps to verify that your cancellation is scheduled.

End of billing cycle & data

Once your current billing period expires, the following actions occur:

  • Your TrafficGuard account will be disabled.

  • Subsequent login attempts will be blocked with an "Account suspended" message.

  • TrafficGuard will automatically unlink your connected Google Ads account.
