For our system to create a custom audience on your behalf, you must approve the created custom audience. This is a one-time action per ad account.
Note: This process requires Meta Ads admin permissions.
Go to your Facebook Ads account and click the "Events Manager" tab.
Click on the “Overview” tab.
Find the following notification and click on the “Review” button.
Click on the “I Acknowledge” button
Select the “TG Invalid User - {org_name}” checkbox and click the “Next” button.
Click on the “Confirm the custom event” radio and click on the “Confirm” button.
7. You should now see a “Success” window.
