To remove our app or revoke its access to your data through your Facebook account settings, please follow these instructions:
Access Facebook settings:
Log in to your Facebook account.
Click on the downward-facing arrow in the top-right corner of your display picture.
Select "Settings & privacy," then click on "Settings."
Navigate to apps and websites (or Business integrations):
In the left-hand menu, click on "Apps & websites" (or "Business integrations" depending on your Facebook interface).
Here, you will see a list of all apps and websites linked to your Facebook account.
Locate and remove our app:
Find the entry for our app (e.g., "TrafficGuard App” in the list.)
Click the "Remove" button next to our app's name.
In the confirmation dialog, click "Remove" again to confirm the deletion of access.
By following these steps, you will successfully remove our app's access to your Facebook account data and update its permissions.
What happens after removing our app's access?
Once disconnected, our app will no longer have access to your Facebook account data.
Can I reconnect our app to Facebook later?
Yes, if you wish to integrate our app with Facebook again in the future, you can do so by following the onboarding instructions within our app.
What if I can't find our app in the list?
If you are unable to find our app in the "Apps and websites" list, it may have already been removed or its access may have expired.
